Chinese Economic Imperialism at play …
Some 2 weeks back, i had decided to repair my old computer. I called the Computer-Man, he came and he conquered. I mean, he repaired my old computer, and now my computer is running like a horse !
I had a brief chat with this computer-man, he told me that he actually hails from Assam, and has come to Hyderabad for some education, and is earning soft-money by repairing computers as a part time, to meet his both ends financially.
While i was talking to this man, i had the opportunity to take a look at the RAM Chip and also the USB Port that this guy purchased for me. They were both manufactured in China.
Also, the CMOS battery of the Computer is manufactured in Taiwan, which is a territory that was recently annexed to the Mainland China.
As a casual remark, I asked this man if all the computer equipment was manufactured in China only, then to my utter surprise the answer was YES !
Save Brajbhoomi … The Land of Shri Krishna
The Braj Bhoomi is under threat. The threat of Mining by greedy money minded people.
The area called Braj Bhoomi lies near the borders of Delhi, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh States of India.

Brajbhoomi in India
Being Literate … Being Educated
Me, My computer and My Excel
Its been quite a while, since i had a computer in my home … and frankly i didn’t feel any need to repair my old computer, which i bought in the year 2000 … and after a long time, i am using the Microsoft Excel … i am glad that i am using the “spreadsheet” … its because the possibilities with a spreadsheet are unlimited !
Its Winter … Silsila Pyar Kaa …
(Note : This is a work of fiction by lionking)
Winter has set in … Rajesh can feel his fingers getting cold in the evenings, through the night, till morning. In the afternoons, the sun seems to be having some effect, and he realizes that Winter has just set in !

The day starts with having a cup of hot tea in the mornings, after one gets up … as he completes the hot tea, which soothes and warms the cold fingers and body … in the typical winter mornings … he thinks twice whether he wants to lift his left hand from the warm confines of his woollen shawl … but the thought of lighting a cigarette and blowing away its smoke to glory … thereby making his body and senses at ease … is the perfect justification for him, to let his left hand out of the warm confines of the shawl that he is draped in … and he lights a Cigarette, smokes it with much eagerness … the sight of the smoke from the cigarette he is smoking, mingling and dissappearing in the morning mist in his balcony … is a sight he relishes very much.
Understanding Idol Worship in Hinduism
Idol Worship in Hinduism
The religion of Hinduism is highly immersed in symbolism, and the various Pictures and Idols that we see, of various gods and goddesses in Hinduism, represents the “Natures or Characteristics” of the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Lord Krishna … as all the gods and goddesses are part and parcel of the same primival lord.
So, whether its “Feminine Goddesses” or the “Masculine Gods” … they owe their existence to “Aadi Purusha” that is Lord Krishna. Lord Krishna himself explains this in the Holy Book of the Hindus, Bhagawad Gita.
BJP should set its house right
BJP should analyse its General Election 2009 Defeat.
There had been some trouble brewing in the BJP camp, for some time now. The party seems to be fallen on its back, after its “spectacular defeat” … and some of its senior and most distinguished members demamd that the “reasons for the electoral defeat” has to be be probed.
But, the party leadership had decided to keep the discussions on the party’s electoral defeat under wraps, which is a bit “strange to me”.
Whats the point in a Political Party not “analysing its wins and defeats’” after a “major battle in an election”. If the Senior Members decide not to have such discussions, as demanded by its most intelligent and committed members of the party, then why call BJP a political party ?
Blogging Ethics Decoded !
Happy to be Blogging !
I have been blogging since May 2007 … and my first blog i created was lionking on O3 Blogs of Indiatimes.com.
From my first blogpost in that blog … i have been enjoying each and every time i sat infront of the computer … wrote my “views” on topics which interested me … and took great joy in reading the blogs of the fellow bloggers and also commenting in their blogs.
I must confess … i was “welcomed with open arms” by the bloggers on that site … and i still take pride in having all those “Bloggie Dosts” as “Shobha De” would call in her famous blog !
I still cherish the memories that i have with those fellow bloggers … both old and new … and i certainly would want it that way in the future also.
The title of this blogpost “Blogging Ethics Decoded !” … may sound a bit “mysterious” to the reader … and i would certainly want to make it “real clear” … that “World of Blogging” is no “Da Vinci Code” and i am certainly no “Robert Langdon” !
I have had some experiances of the “Dynamics of Relationships” that Bloggers share on the internet. I take this opportunity to share some of my views regarding the same !
